目的 观察右美托咪定对老年高血压患者全身麻醉（全麻）拔管期血流动力学的影响。
方法 选择2011年5月－2012年4月期间择期行腹部手术的老年高血压患者60例，年龄＞65岁，美国麻醉医师协会分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，高血压Ⅱ～Ⅲ级。随机分为右美托咪定组（A组）和对照组（B组），均采用静吸复合麻醉，手术结束前40 min分别静脉微量泵入右美托咪定0.3 μg/kg和生理盐水20 mL，输注时间20 min。记录各时点平均动脉压（MAP）和心率（HR）。
结果 A组拔管期各时点平均MAP、HR明显低于B组（P＜0.05）。
结论 右美托咪定能有效降低老年高血压患者全麻拔管期血流动力学波动，预防心脑血管意外的发生。
