关节韧带的撕裂或断裂伤,常导致该部关节的不稳定,影响其活动功能。报道应用碳索纤维编织带能与人体组织相容,重量轻,生物学上不活泼及抗拉力强的特点,作关节韧带的修复重建12例,取得了较满意的疗效。讨论了手术的优点,提出了防止碳纤维折断的方法等。
