目的:总结陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的临床特征、检查方法和手术方式。方法:回顾分析17例陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的诊断与治疗过程及预后。结果:17例获得随访。按Merchant评分标准评定:优10例,良5例,可2例,优良率88.2%。结论:术前常规X片、CT、MRI检查,关节面解剖复位,塌陷骨折复位后的植骨及坚强内固定以重建关节稳定性恢复下肢力线并早期功能锻炼是治疗成功的保证。
