由于亚砷酸(As2O3)对急性早幼粒细胞性白血病有非常高的治愈率和缓解率,大量细胞和动物实验证实亚砷酸对实体瘤也有较强的抑制杀伤作用,许多学者试图将亚砷酸应用于抗实体瘤。一些学者已经开始应用亚砷酸治疗实体瘤的临床试验,发现单用亚砷酸或联合常规治疗方案治疗实体瘤有一定效果。本文就亚砷酸在治疗实体瘤方面的临床研究进行了综述。
