Objective To determine whether the different durations and times of the ischemic preconditioning affect the effectiveness of the ischemic preconditioning. Methods Ninety male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group and the eight preconditioned groups of 10 rats each. A transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap (TRAM) was elevated in each rat. The flaps were preconditioned by clamping the pedicle and reperfusing for 5 or 10 minutes per cycle. This was repeated for one or two cycles. The controls were simply perfused for 30 minutes. Each flap was then subjected to 4 hours of the global ischemia. Three rats in each group were killed for anestimate of the water content in the muscle and for observation on the muscularstructure under microscope. The flap surface survival areas of the other rats were calculated on the 7th postoperative day by the computerized video planimetry. Results The water content in the muscle was evidently reduced. The mean survival area of the flap in every preconditioned group increased by2-3 times compared with that of the controls(P<0.001). The different proceduresof the ischemic preconditioning produced different protective effects. Conclusion The ischemic preconditioning is an available means to alleviate an ischemiareperfusion injury to the transverse rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap in rats. The effect of the ischemic preconditioning is affected by the duration and time of the ischemic preconditioning.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of ischemic preconditioning (IP) on the activity of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and the expressions of TNF-α and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) during early reperfusion following liver transplantation in rats. Methods The models of rat orthotopic liver transplantation were established. The donor livers were stored for 2 hours in Ringers solution at 4 ℃ before transplantation. All rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (SO group), control group and IP group. IP group was achieved by clamping the portal vein and hepatic artery of donor liver for 10 minutes followed by reperfusion for 10 minutes before harvesting. The activity of NF-κB and expressions of TNF-α and ICAM-1 at 1 h, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h after reperfusion were measured. Serum ALT, LDH were also determined. Results The liver function of recipients with IP were significantly improved. Compared with SO group, the graft NF-κB activity increased after transplantation in control group and IP group (P<0.05), while compared with control group that was significantly attenuated at 1 h and 2 h in IP group. Similarly, hepatic levels of TNF-α and ICAM-1 were significantly elevated in control group and were reduced in IP group. Conclusion IP might down-regulated TNF-α and ICAM-1 expression in the grafts after orthotopic liver transplantation through depressed NF-κB activation, and attenuate neutrophil infiltration in the grafts after reperfusion.
目的 探讨ICU床旁行气管切开术中意外发现甲状腺肿大的简易处理方法。方法 对我院ICU 48例床旁气管切开术中意外发现甲状腺肿大的处理方法进行回顾性分析,观察术中出血量、术后出血和切口感染情况。结果 48例患者术中出血量无明显增多,术后无继续出血,均未发生切口感染。结论 ICU床旁行气管切开术中,意外发现的甲状腺肿大并不少见,掌握简易有效的处理方法具有积极的临床意义。
ObjectiveTo summarize the application of image texture analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.MethodsReviewed the literatures on the application of image texture analysis related methods in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, and summarized the value of texture analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in terms of diagnosis, staging, curative effect evaluation, and prognosis prediction.ResultsImage texture analysis had been widely used in diagnosis, staging, curative effect evaluation, prognosis prediction of gastric cancer, and other related diagnosis and treatment applications.ConclusionsImage texture analysis is an important part of the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, which has a good development prospect.
Perioperative management of 58 hypertensive patients suffering from surgical disease is reported. We emphasize that before operation the blood pressure should be adequately controlled, and heart function promoted. It is safer that the diastolic pressure is controlled under 14 kPa before operation. During operation we strictly observe the change of the blood pressure and manage it in time. Analgesic and antihypertensive agents are used after operation.
摘要:目的:探讨老年人梗阻性大肠癌的围手术期处理。方法:回顾性分析2003年至2008年间71例60岁以上老年人梗阻性大肠癌的围手术期处理情况。 结果:术前发现并存病者43例,术中出现并发症19例,术后发生并发症37例得,除5例死亡外,均得到有效控制,死亡原因与并存疾病有关。结论:加强围手术期处理,积极治疗并存疾病,老年人梗阻性大肠癌的治疗同样能取得满意的效果。Abstract: Objective:To study the perioperative measures for the aged patients with Obstructive Colorectal Cancer. Methods: Seventyone cases above 60 years with Obstructive Colorectal Cancer were analysed retrospectively on their individual accompanied diseases and perioperative treatments, from 2003 to 2008.Results: Fortythree cases of them had suffered from other diseases. Midoperative complications occurred in 19 cases. Postoperative complications occurred in 37 cases. Except 5 cases of death, complications occurring in others cases were well controlled. The death causes mainly were correlated with accompanied chronic diseases. Conclusion: Strengthen care, active management of other chronic diseases are important significantly for senile patients with colorectal carcinoma to get satisfied outcome.
Purpose To identify and quantitatively evaluate age-related changes in the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) and underlying Bruch is membrane and choroid in donor human eyes. Methods 36unpaired human eyes of varying age (3-39 years) from Caucasian donors were supplied by Manchester Eye Bank (UK) or National Disease Research Interchange (Philadephia,USA).Modified Masson is trichrome staining was used to illustrate age-related changes in RPE cell, Bruch is membrane thickness, and density of choriocapillaries and thickness of the choroid. Data were assessed using computer-aided quantitative morphometric analysis method. ResultsThe thickness of Bruch is membrane increased with age while there is a change in morphology of RPE cells including a decrease in number and RPE cell thickening with age. RPE cells decreased at a rate of 8 cells/mm2 middot; year, RPE cell height and thickness of Bruch is membrane increased at rates of 0.01(mu;m/year) and 0.02 (mu;m/year) respectively. The luminal area of choriocapillaries and the thickness of choroid showed no close relation with age. Conclusion RPE cell loss and thickening of Bruch is membrane and RPE cells may be the earlier and primary alteration with age. (Chin J Ocul Fundus Dis,2000,16:236-239)
